A few weeks ago, we were at my parents's house for dinner and Gabe took 6 or 7 steps across the kitchen floor. We got so excited and have been trying to get him to repeat those steps ever since, but he has been unwilling to cooperate. He has been trying to walk and has been so close several times. In fact I was sure that I'd come back from New Mexico and he'd be walking. Well, that was not the case, but yesterday, around lunch time, he started taking a couple of steps from one thing to another and by bed time he was walking half way across a room!! I was able to catch a couple of his steps on camera.
